You pick a plan and a billing period during checkout, and the card on file is charged for that period. Usage above your plan allowance is metered through the month and billed as a single consolidated usage invoice, so you never get a wall of separate charges.
Nothing stops working by surprise. Each plan lists an overage rate for call minutes, SMS segments, extra numbers, AI tokens, and storage. You can see live usage against your allowance in the billing workspace at any time.
Yes. Plans are switched from Billing → Subscription inside your workspace. Upgrades apply immediately; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Only for a paid plan. If a free tier is published you can create your workspace, verify your email, and start without entering a card at all.
